Siena has 5 teeth and the 6th one is pushing through. You can see it next to the bottom right tooth. I love that she still has the jack-o-lantern smile!

That is such an adorable picture! I love her teeth. But when in the world did she get old enough to have teeth?! Yikes. She's a cutie-pie!
