More dinosaurs

I found Cole on the couch "reading" his dinosaur encyclopedia while watching a Netflix documentary on dinosaurs on the iPod. Funny little guy! So glad he is feeling better.

Stomp Rockets

I bought Cole a stomp rocket yesterday because he really wanted it but also because it was only $10.  Man was that the best $10 every spent.  He is in LOVE with this toy.  

And I totally get the best mom award for attaching glow sticks to it for some night time fun!

Garage Sale Finds

Last weekend we picked up these gems at a friends garage sale.  The kids LOVE them!  Siena is always trying to make us food in the "kitchen"

How we entertain ourselves when we have no power

3 stuffed animals

Siena received 3 stuffed animals yesterday.

This first one was from the firefighters.  I think it is a poodle mix.  :-)

This second one is from the radiologist.  Siena was told she could have it after her xrays were done.  She sat very still.  She calls this one "baby minkie"

This third one is from the nurses who had to restrain her for the urine sample.

She is pretty stoked!

Dinosaur hunting in the jungle

When it's actually warm enough to be outside the kids really seem to like dinosaur hunting in the scotch broom.  Cole calls Siena his baby dinosaur.  :-)

More sunny afternoons

Amazing Day!

I can not get over how nice it is today!  It's about 61 degrees and sunny!  That's right, after a month of rain and fogs it's sunny for the second day in a row and it looks like no rain for 2 weeks!  But this is very typical of January here in Applegate.  We get a little tease of snow in December, then spring in January and then back to winter from February until April and close to May.  So we are outside enjoying the sunny weather and a beautiful weekend.

I photographed my first wedding of 2011 yesterday.  It was great.  Foggy all day but not horribly cold or too sunny!
