I can not believe that this little guy is 1 month away from being 2 years old! I have been so caught up in the end of the pregnancy that I realized I haven't even thought about planning a birthday party for the little guy.
Some major milestones for Cole this past month include peeing and pooping on the potty, which lasted all of a few weeks but still a huge accomplishment none the less, learning to say "no" and how to properly use the word, learning to climb up on to our bed, and alerting us to when he has pooped by telling he stinks!
We have switched Cole to cloth diapers and he does not mind them at all! No duct tape is being used and he does not try to take the diapers off. That is a really big bonus for us!
Beside the word "no", Cole has also learned to say "night night", "monkey", & "moon". He knows all of his animal & vehicle sounds including cow, horse, dog, cat, rooster/chicken, train, airplane, and helicopter. He has hand movements for the vehicles.
Cole continues to be a picky eater. He really likes turkey-pesto grilled cheese sandwiches, ice cream, chips, cereal, chocolate milk, oranges, yogurt, and tortilla with humus. We have to make sure the freezer is locked at all time otherwise Cole opens the door grabs the ice cream (mint chip only) and gets a spoon. If you take it away he flips out. When he grabs the box he almost always yells "Ah-o". That is what he says when he finds something.
I am pretty sure he has not gained much weight since last month. Maybe grew another 1/4 inch or so. He is wearing size 6.5 - 7 shoes and size 2t pants and 18-24 month - 2t shirts.

Good God that boy and those pictures are gorgeous! I cannot believe he is almost two.
