A new accessory

Just how cute is that?

A little tiny toddler butt in undies....

As we have learned with Cole over the past 21 months, he is the type of kid that when he is done, he's done!  No questions asked.  So to prepare for his elimination (appropriate word choice) of the diaper, I have purchased him some undies.  Not because I expect him to use them now, but just to get him used to the idea.  

When we bought his big boy bed he liked it for a week (that was in August) and then did not consistently use it until December.  The undies will follow the same pattern.  

The minute he saw them, he had just peed on the pot so I gave them to him.  He knew exactly what they were and how to use them.  He put one pair on correctly and then spent the next 10 minutes putting the rest on his legs.   After that he was done and wont go anywhere near them now.  He shrieks if you try to put them on him.  We will see what happens over the next 4 months or so.  They are there if he wants to use them.
