Now I have to figure out how to get her to forget about it. I'd rather her suck on a pacifier because I can take that away. You can't take away a thumb.

Maddie sucks her thumb too! One positive of the thumb sucking is that she can put her thumb back in her mouth by herself whereas the pacifier I have to put back in her mouth if it falls out...
