14 weeks old

Siena is 14 weeks old today! As you can see from the picture above her thumb has become a very important part of her daily life. If she can get both fists in her mouth she will. She seems very content when she is sucking on her knuckles.

She has really started moving around this past week. She can spin in a circle. Her legs are still constantly moving. She has very good abdominal control and can support her upper half if we are holding her lower half while she is standing. Her legs are still getting chunkier and I think her cheeks are also.

She weighs around 11 pounds. She is still in 0-3 month clothes and some of her newborn clothes still fit her also.

She slept her longest night time span the other day - from 9 pm to 4 am! I was super excited!!! She still has the head tilt going on and I am beginning to wonder if it is affecting her nursing because she is really starting to prefer on side over the other. She still gets fussy at night but I am usually able to comfort he down pretty quickly. If you can get her to laugh it distracts her for a bit. She doesn't quite down as well with Mike though.
