She is a funny little kid. Everything that I refused to do with Cole (pacifier, cheerios) and then I wanted to do with her, she refuses. This kid WILL NOT use a pacifier. You give it to her she throws it. Which brings me to nursing. She still wants to nurse when she is tired. Remember a few months back when I thought for sure nursing was coming to an end? Nope! She will not go to sleep at night with out nursing. I was trying to get her to use the pacifier but she wont.
She will maybe eat 3 puffs or cheerios and the rest go on the floor. She doesn't have a huge appetite at all. I would say on average she gets about 20 oz of formula a day and maybe 4-6oz of food on a good day. But she is gaining weight so I guess she is doing just fine. She is 18 1/2 pounds and 27 1/2 inches tall. She is still a tiny little thing with chubby thighs.
She loves bath time again and splashes constantly. She is always wanting to stand up which makes it difficult for us to bathe both kids at the same time. Everything goes in her mouth. More often than not you will find something in those chubby cheeks. Recently is has been a dime, legos, cardboard, ravioli, tips of crayons, and dog hair.
She still does not sleep through the night and nap times we are still struggling with because she is so used to sleeping on me. We are slowly working in the baby wise method like we did with Cole. So far she has lost her voice from crying so much. It is pretty pathetic. It makes me feel bad.

Awww...she is a petite little thing! Then again, she's a girl and you are used to Mr.Length over there!
Oh, the CIO stuff. I do not miss those days and I know that it's hard to do it at first. It did not take long with Cole you said, right? I think that it took us about 3-4 days with Eric at 9 months. I was so afraid to do it but just had to! She'll get there, she will. Good luck...peace out..
Don't feel bad about letting her cry it out! Just continue to be consistent and she will get it eventually! It's definitely no fun, I hated doing it...
Ahhh, I hate the crying it out stuff. It breaks my heart, but yes it is unfortunately what works. She sounds like quite the little character. And I bet she can get away with all the trouble by looking at you with those pretty eyes. What a beauty!
