Hey Amiee- Have you heard about or own Jessica Seinfeld's book, Deceptively Delicious. The Pita Pizza on your menu we just did from her book with some pured spinach. The kids loved it! Thanks for the IKEA tip....that could be a nice finishing touch. Can't wait to see pictures of the remodel!
