Carving pumpkins

Ok, I dont' want to hear it, but yes, we are carving pumpkins 2 weeks after Halloween. But in all fairness we were gone Halloween weekend. The only reason we are carving these now is because I wanted to roast the seeds. Turns out Siena is a huge fan of pumpkin seeds!
