Well it's finally warming up. It should be since it is June but the rain is still sticking around which means warmer temperatures and rain clouds equals humid days. I do love that even if it is raining the kids can still play outside!!! With summer here it means we can start planning some mini vacations (weekend trips). We are hoping to make it up to Mike's parents newly finished cabin at least once. Russell (Uncle Bub) has a house in Yosemite Valley, so we need to make it down there one weekend. And then I have a wedding at the end of Augustin Soquel so we rented a town house in Capitola for the weekend and my parents are coming to babysit the kids on the day of the wedding and then we can spend all day Sunday playing at the beach.
Siena has been enjoying some popcicles. Although teaching her not to hold on to the actual popcicle is hard and she freaks out because her hands freeze!
Cole wants nothing to do with her left over popcicles.
They play games together on the grass or in the toy cars. Their favorite is the toy car. You can tell how much more Cole is enjoying Siena now that they can play together. Even better is that Siena seems to understand his games (for the most part) so she happily plays along.
Onyx of course stands by at all times to either bark, chase, play or guard the kids.
