What's on the menu tonight?

Organic mixed greens with organic cherry tomatoes, Parmesan cheese and White Balsamic dressing
Chicken marinated in lemon juice and garlic, then breaded with whole wheat flour, cayenne pepper, chili powder, onion powder, and salt.  Pan fried in olive oil. Served on top of Organic Quinoa.

For the little one:
organic mixed vegetables
organic pear raspberry
some puffs for distraction

dessert: coconut sorbet
